Shipping Information – Please Read

Dear Customer!

Your order is being shipped from Norway, which is outside the EU. Please note the following important information regarding your delivery:

📌 Import VAT and Fees
Books are usually exempt from customs duties within the EU, but you may still be required to pay:

• Import VAT, based on your country’s VAT rate

• A customs clearance fee, charged by the shipping carrier

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost, and must be paid by you upon delivery.

📦 Customs Declaration
Your parcel will include a customs invoice declaring the contents as books, along with their value. We always do our best to ensure smooth customs clearance, but we cannot guarantee how your local customs office will handle the parcel.

🚚 Delivery Delays
Delays may occur if import charges are not paid promptly or if customs require additional documentation. Please keep an eye on tracking updates and be ready to respond if contacted by the carrier.
